Data deletion

Delete your data

None of our games have accounts, so most of your data is already only on your phone. Here is how to delete what each game keeps, and how to ask us to delete anything else.

Data on your phone (all games)

  • Use the game's reset option in Settings, or
  • uninstall the game, or clear its storage: Android Settings > Apps > the game > Storage > Clear storage.

Oni Breaker leaderboards

In the game, open Leaderboards and tap Delete my leaderboard name. This deletes your name, all your scores and any reports immediately. Resetting your progress does the same.

Statistics and crash reports (all four games)

Email with the subject "Delete my data", the game's name and the Player ID shown in the game: Settings > About in Cozy Paws Rescue, Petal & Pot and Spirit Seal, Settings > Account in Oni Breaker. We delete the statistics and crash data linked to that ID within 30 days. Without that ID we cannot find your data, because we don't know who you are. Data deletes itself automatically after 2 months (statistics) and 90 days (crash reports) anyway. Uninstalling the game removes the data stored on your phone, but not statistics or crash reports already sent, so note your Player ID first.

Ads and purchases (Google)

Google AdMob and Google Play data is held by Google. Reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone's settings, and manage Google data at myaccount.google.com. We keep records of purchases only as required for tax and refunds.

Anything else
